We took our love and passion for bulldogs and decided to share it with the world.

We were blessed to bring home our first English Bulldog during 2018, and we knew we were "crazy bulldog people" from that point forward. While he has special needs and is not up to breeding standards, we felt it was our duty in life to help others experience the insurmountable love and joy he gave to us.
Since his arrival, we have educated ourselves on the breed-specific care required to maintain healthy and happy English & French Bulldogs. Our journey has allowed us to connect with people from all over the world that share our same passions and desires - providing top quality care for English Bulldogs, and producing happy, healthy, and quality puppies.

The knowledge and information we've obtained has encouraged us to start our own breeding program to ensure top-quality dogs are available to those who want them. We treat our fur-babies as members of our family. Our hope is that you will love our babies as much as we do.

  • First and foremost, we provide both new and potential owners with information on the breed-specific needs and care requirements of English & French Bulldogs. We are available 24/7 for current and prospective owner questions and concerns. WE LOVE OUR CUSTOMERS and proudly offer lifetime breeder support!

  • We are a small, family-owned breeder located in Charleston, SC. We keep our breeding program small to ensure the best care for our fur-babies. We are dog lovers first and breeders second - all of our babies live inside our home, lay on our couch, and sleep in our bed!

  • We take great pride in selecting the most suitable males and females to produce happy, healthy, and top-quality puppies. Our fellow breeding contacts span the globe, and we strive to find perfect pairings for mating.

  • We constantly search for the bloodlines that will enhance the features and health of our dogs.

  • Occasionally, we will have puppies available for sale, or we can get you in touch with someone that does. When we do not have available puppies, we'll post pictures of our existing studs and dams. Because let's face it - who doesn't love pictures of bulldogs!?

  • We don't sell our puppies to the highest bidder - we always strive to select the most suitable babies for the best homes at a reasonable price.

  • All puppies are raised in a loving, healthy, and socially stimulating environment by ourselves with the assistance of close family members. We have on-site whelping facilities with 24-hour on-call veterinary assistance if needed. Our babies are socialized with other puppies, mixed breed dogs, adult dogs, adults, and children.

  • We offer full AKC registration for small breeding/show programs, and limited AKC registration for pet-only homes.

  • We provide lifetime breeder support & a 1 year health guarantee to those purchasing a puppy from Sweetgrass Bulldogs. 

  • All puppies are regularly checked by a licensed veterinarian. Upon leaving our home, all puppies come with a South Carolina Health Certificate, and are up to date on all vaccines and exams.

  • All dogs are health tested by a licensed veterinarian prior to breeding. The breeding and birth processes are constantly supervised by a licensed veterinarian in South Carolina.

  • We happily provide veterinarian, breeder/professional, past customers, and personal references if requested.

  • All puppies comes with an AMAZING puppy pack - including blankets, toys, pads & wipes, food & treats, etc.

  • We also provide an EXTENSIVE paperwork folder for new owners - including ALL you need to know about your AKC registration, a copy of your contract, custom lineage details, lots of helpful tips & tricks for bulldog owners, worming & vaccine records, etc.

  • We offer a range of flexible payment options and will consider others on a case-by-case basis (Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, Apple Pay, cash, Facebook Pay, wire transfer, etc.)
